Individual Coaching/Couples Coaching:

• Sessions are 60 minutes in length
• Frequency varies: Weekly sessions are often helpful in the beginning
when there is a lot of information to gather. Every other week often works
well after that.  Other options can be arranged to fit each client’s schedule.
• Phone calls work well for many people.  Arrangements can be made for local clients to meet with me in person.
• A summary, highlighting key points of a session, is sent to the client.

Group Coaching:

• Sessions are 90 minutes in length
• Frequency is arranged with the group for a series of 6-8 sessions
• Arrangements can be made for local clients to meet with me in person
• Phone sessions using a telebridge for the group is also available.
• A summary highlighting key points that emerged from the group is sent to each client.
